SECONDARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL CAUGHT TRAFFICKING CHILDREN


According to the south east voice, a secondary school principal was caught trying to traffic two children, but when the report got to the police from the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) the case took a different turn.

It so happened that the police allegedly tried to set the accused free on terms of poor evidence then later based on the fact that she was a widow with no children.

After a lot of determination and pressure from (NAPTIP) the principal and her accomplice were later rearrested and the babies that were kept at the Red cross motherless babies home Abakiliki were taken by the NAPTIP Zonal office Enugu.
